At the age of 19, Connor survived a near-death experience that God used to draw him into His fold. Shortly after becoming a follower of Jesus Christ, Connor sensed God’s calling into full-time, vocational ministry. Throughout the remainder of his college education, he began to serve the local church as a volunteer in youth ministry and as a pastoral intern at a thriving church plant. After graduating from Lindenwood University with a Bachelor of Arts, Connor acquired a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Upon graduating from seminary, he served as a Pastoral Resident at Mission Hill Church just outside of Tampa, Florida. While serving there, the Lord opened the door for Connor to serve as the Pastor of Next Generation Ministries. In this role, Connor had the privilege to invest in the lives of young men and women ranging from 5th grade to college graduates and lead them to follow Christ in their daily lives.
His calling in life is to “Teach the word of God to mend the brokenness of others and motivate them to be fruitful.” His prayer is that this calling would be lived out each day that he serves as the Lead Pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church.
Connor is thrilled to be serving FBC and Saline alongside his wife, Samantha, and their children.
